Returns

We apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a damaged or defective item, wrong item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact us at support@pennyleetn.com and our team will help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn, unused and undamaged items. All returned items must arrive in the condition they were received along with the original tags and packaging.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us. Contact Us to begin this process. 

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.  

All items are shipped from the USA. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 3-5 days. If the item is personalized please allow extra processing time.
